Pharmacy Network

Passport Advantage has created a network of approximately 800 pharmacies where you can fill prescriptions. The number of pharmacies in our network is more than the number that the Medicare program requires us to have in our network.

Our network includes:

independent retail pharmacies (in our service area).
national chain pharmacies (in our service area and nationwide).
home infusion pharmacies (in our service area).
long term care pharmacies (in our service area).

You must use a pharmacy in our network for us to cover your prescriptions. There are some exceptions to this rule. Read our Out-of-Network Policy to learn more.

Our service area is the following Kentucky counties: Jefferson, Oldham, Trimble, Carroll, Henry, Shelby, Spencer, Washington, Marion, Nelson, Larue, Bullitt, Hardin, Grayson, Breckinridge, and Meade.

Passport Advantage is a health plan with a Medicare contract. This Plan is available to all anyone who is an active Passport Health Plan members and who has Medicare Parts A and B. Eligible beneficiaries may enroll in the plan at any time. Please call Passport Advantage for more information. Benefits, formulary, pharmacy, network, premium, and/or co-payments may change on January 1, 2012. Copays may vary based on the level of Extra Help you receive. Contact Passport Advantage for more details. Eligible beneficiaries must use network pharmacies to access their prescription drug benefit, except under non-routine circumstances.
